Trade terms & delivery

Practical terms for stone enquiries, international delivery and after-sales support.

Catalogue, orders & website use

Who we are

This website is operated by Xiamen Leide Stone Co., Ltd. (厦门磊德石业有限公司), a stone company based in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Contact: business@ledestone.com; WhatsApp: +86 15980984867.

Catalogue & enquiries

The website presents stone materials and product references for project enquiries. Sending an enquiry is not order acceptance. Product availability, feasibility, price, currency, quotation validity and commercial terms are confirmed separately in writing.

Specifications & approval

Confirm the material, dimensions, thickness, finish, tolerances, edge details, cut-outs, quantities, packing and intended use before ordering. Natural stone can vary in colour, texture and veining; photos are references. Samples, slab selections and drawings apply only as agreed. Buyers should assess suitability with the appropriate project professionals.

Orders, payment & changes

Orders proceed under the written quotation, order confirmation or contract accepted by the parties. Payment method and schedule are agreed for each order. Changes or cancellations require review according to the stage of material selection and production and any costs incurred. Confirm payment instructions through an established contact channel if bank details change.

Delivery & after-sales

Shipping, insurance, customs, taxes and risk allocation are governed by the agreed trade terms. Read our shipping policy and return and refund policy. Report any quality or delivery issue with the relevant order information so it can be assessed.

Website use & privacy

Use the website lawfully and submit information you are entitled to share. Do not misuse enquiry forms or interfere with the website. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Links to third-party services are subject to those services’ own terms.

Applicable rights & updates

Specific written order terms govern the relevant transaction, subject to applicable mandatory law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. Website terms may be updated for future use; changes do not automatically alter an already agreed order.

International shipping & delivery

International stone delivery

We are based in Xiamen, Fujian, China and welcome overseas stone enquiries. Shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order, according to the products, quantity, packing requirements and destination.

Quotes, costs & trade terms

Provide your destination country, port or delivery location when requesting a quotation. Freight, insurance, export and import formalities, duties, taxes, unloading and local delivery are allocated in the written order terms. Do not assume these costs are included. Where Incoterms are used, the chosen rule, named place or port and applicable edition must be specified.

Packing & schedule

Packing and handling requirements are agreed for the product and transport route. Production and dispatch estimates depend on material availability, approved specifications and order conditions. Transit estimates may change because of carrier schedules, customs procedures or other transport disruptions. Any binding delivery commitment must be agreed in writing.

Delivery inspection

Arrange appropriate unloading and handling. On arrival, check the packaging and goods, retain the shipping documents and take photos of any damage or discrepancy. Notify the carrier where appropriate and contact business@ledestone.com promptly with your order reference. Claims are reviewed under the agreed order terms and applicable law.

Changes, returns & after-sales

Changes & cancellations

Contact business@ledestone.com as soon as you need to change or cancel an order. We will review the request against the written agreement, material commitments and the production stage. Any revised schedule, charges or refund amount must be confirmed in writing.

Custom stone products

Stone cut, fabricated or selected to an approved specification may not be suitable for resale. Returns or cancellations for a change of mind depend on the agreed order terms and any mandatory rights that apply. There is no automatic website-wide return period for every stone project.

Damage, defects or discrepancies

If you believe goods are damaged, defective or different from the agreed specifications, send your order reference, a description of the issue, photos and relevant packing or shipping documents promptly. Keep the goods and packaging available for assessment. Natural variation is assessed against the agreed material selection, samples and specifications; it does not remove rights concerning genuine defects or non-conforming goods.

Review & resolution

We will discuss an appropriate resolution after reviewing the information, which may include repair, replacement, a credit or a refund as applicable. Do not return heavy stone goods without written return instructions. Return transport, handling, costs and any refund method or timing will be confirmed for the case. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
