Who we are

This website is operated by Xiamen Leide Stone Co., Ltd. (厦门磊德石业有限公司), a stone company based in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Contact: business@ledestone.com; WhatsApp: +86 15980984867.

Catalogue & enquiries

The website presents stone materials and product references for project enquiries. Sending an enquiry is not order acceptance. Product availability, feasibility, price, currency, quotation validity and commercial terms are confirmed separately in writing.

Specifications & approval

Confirm the material, dimensions, thickness, finish, tolerances, edge details, cut-outs, quantities, packing and intended use before ordering. Natural stone can vary in colour, texture and veining; photos are references. Samples, slab selections and drawings apply only as agreed. Buyers should assess suitability with the appropriate project professionals.

Orders, payment & changes

Orders proceed under the written quotation, order confirmation or contract accepted by the parties. Payment method and schedule are agreed for each order. Changes or cancellations require review according to the stage of material selection and production and any costs incurred. Confirm payment instructions through an established contact channel if bank details change.

Delivery & after-sales

Shipping, insurance, customs, taxes and risk allocation are governed by the agreed trade terms. Read our shipping policy and return and refund policy. Report any quality or delivery issue with the relevant order information so it can be assessed.

Website use & privacy

Use the website lawfully and submit information you are entitled to share. Do not misuse enquiry forms or interfere with the website. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Links to third-party services are subject to those services’ own terms.

Applicable rights & updates

Specific written order terms govern the relevant transaction, subject to applicable mandatory law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. Website terms may be updated for future use; changes do not automatically alter an already agreed order.
